Today, 22.07.2020 at 14:34 p.m. we received the following information from the promoter ot KISS concert in Bulgaria, Fest team EOOD:

Unfortunately, KISS's concert in Sofia, which had to be rescheduled for 2021, instead of 2020, is not taking place.Due to scheduling issues involved with moving the tour back a year KISS will not be able to play also at Sandnes, Norway; Kaunas, Lithuaniа; Lisbon, Portugal; Gliwice, Poland.
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.Starting August 1st 2020 and no later than September 30th 2020, you can return your tickets purchased for the 2020 event and get a refund.
- All tickets purchased at Eventim Bulgaria outlets are returned to the place where they were purchased;- All tickets purchased from Office 1, Music Center Plovdiv are returned personally or by courrier to the following address
- Sofia, 58 6th of September str. with a bank account to which the ticket price will be transferred, the name of the account holder and a telephone number;
- All tickets purchased online via www.eventim.bg can be returned by courier to the EVENTIM management address. The refund being done in the following ways:
- All tickets purchased online and paid by credit card should be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 6th of September str. The refund will be done directly to the credit card in 7 working days;
- All tickets paid using cash on delivery or by bank transfer should be sent by courier to the central office of Eventim - Sofia, 58 6th of September str., the customer must provide Eventim with a bank account to which the ticket price will be transferred, the name of the account holder and a telephone number;
- All tickets purchased with the print@home and e-ticket option are returned by email to info@eventim.bg; Hope to see you soon!“
